Sourced from Ethiopia, Guatemala, and Colombia, this medium roast leans slightly darker for a rich, full-bodied experience. Well-balanced and inviting, it features notes of milk chocolate, bright lemony acidity, and a complex floral finish.

You wouldn't pair a steak with a white wine. In developing our Foundry Blend, we honed our roast to pair perfectly with our doughnuts. Not so light that it gets washed out; not so dark that you're tasting the roast instead of the beans.
